  • The 90-day period begins 24 hours after delivery is marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Shipping time does not count toward the guarantee period

Free Replacements for Defects or Issues

Journey Package Protection (Optional)

Journey Package Protection is an optional service offered at checkout for $4.95.

If selected, your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft during shipping transit. If your delivery is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged while in transit, your order will be replaced at no additional cost in accordance with Journey’s coverage terms.


2-Year Extended Warranty Plan (Optional)

For $9.95 at checkout, customers may purchase an optional 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan, which extends coverage for up to two (2) years from the delivery date.

This plan includes:

  • Coverage for manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use
  • Accidental damage protection
  • Free replacement for covered issues
  • Priority support with expedited handling

This plan does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
  • Loss or theft
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable and non-refundable once shipped. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
